We are looking for properties that are either ready to let or in need of work, especially if they have been empty for some time. We generally acquire properties on five year leases and in return provide a competitive, efficient service to our landlords including guaranteed rents and hassle-free management.

There are no arrangement fees or management costs. We are responsible for gas servicing (subject to inspection of the system by our contractors). We deal with most day to day internal repairs without charge and guarantee to hand the property back with vacant possession.

The scheme is already used by many private landlords.
