Frequently asked questions

How long will it take to create the design?
Once we have all the relevant information from you, we can create your email within five working days – sooner if you require an express service


Is it possible to have emails created within 24 hours?
Yes. Simply specify ‘Express service’ when submitting your detailed enquiry.


Can I ask you to amend a design that I have had created elsewhere?
Yes. But you must own the copyright to anything you supply to us – if not you must obtain the permission of the copyright owner.

Are there savings to be made if I simply ask you to amend a previous email?
If we have produced the original design there would be a discount. And if you have finished artwork that simply needs amending, our fee would also reflect this.


In what format will your email design be provided?
We provide each email in three separate formats: HTML, JPEG and PDF.


Who owns the copyright?
You will. The email will be created especially for you and once you have paid our creation fee you will own the copyright to the contents.


Can I use the design more than once?
Once the email has been paid for and delivered you can use it as many times as you wish.


What do I need to provide?
We require an outline briefing. You can then provide us with the entire content (copy and illustrations) or leave us to source the relevant information and visuals. In either case you will need to provide as with precise URLs for any links to forms or websites, monitoring facilities or hosted images that need to be imbedded in the email.


Which picture formats do you accept?
We accept images as pdfs, jpegs, tiffs, gifs.


What text formats do you accept?
We accept copy in plain text or in any mainstream PC word processing format.


When supplying original artwork is there anything else I should be aware of?
We only work with digital artwork – although we can accept most formats. If you require us to amend existing artwork, you will need to provided this as a layered file such as a Photoshop PSD. If you don't have this type of file we may still be able to amend other files but they will need to be inspected first.


Will my email content be imbedded within the email or will it be hosted on a server and pulled into the email from there?
Hosting your images from an email on a server is an effective way of getting through spam filters. We suggest doing this if you have access to server space. If not we can provide this service at an extra cost.


Will I see a proof?
Yes. Unless otherwise specified, our price includes a first proof to which you can make corrections, followed by a final proof for approval.


What if I don't like the design?
We try to get a good idea of the concept you require from the outset. If you do not like the finished artwork we will re evaluate the design and amend the artwork accordingly until you are happy with the result.


Will my email design be blocked as ‘spam’?
Anti-spam software is now so ‘all-inclusive’ that nobody can guarantee all emails will be received. However, we like to keep up do date with these technologies and do our utmost to ensure all our emails are anti spam friendly so as to achieve the highest possible receive rate.


How do I pay?
Payment is in advance. You can pay by credit or debit card via our Pay Pal account.
